Two words

Love People.

A Question I like to ask

How's your day?

A person who inspires me daily

My customers.

A place I go to rewind

Taking a stroll... simply anywhere.

An idea I am working on

Too Many to count!

The day everything works

Feel like a Superman!

My message to the world

Compassion Now.

Letting my hair down

My day job is of a truck driver and I have very little control in this line of work. With Parrot Polish I can engage myself in something truly rewarding. I love the involvement with the customers and the endless series of art that comes from them. Knowing I make the paints for the nail artists out there is an amazing feeling! The customer base I have is really diverse… starting right from the 10 year – old nail addicts to the very best artists in the field, shouldn’t I be filled with joy?

Pushing the envelope

My customers keep me pushing forward! It’s easy to believe in your product when everyone is happy and you are growing. I do give a bunch to charity with Parrot Polish and personally whenever I can. Parrot rescue was the main focus at first, but lately it has been more about friends and their children. I just made my first hospital visit to a sick child and you won’t believe how happy it made us :) Maybe I will dress like a Parrot and hug kids for a living soon..lol.

Everything begins with a Crazy Idea!

In 2014 we wanted to start a little business to counter my wife’s polish addiction. Little did I know that I was good at making polishes and creative enough to market them. Poof! Parrot Polish was born!!

Making Happy Customers. Period.

I believe the customers see Parrot Polish as a quality polish line. I’m not sure if the customers can feel what I feel. Since the beginning I’ve felt that I do share a deep connection with them. I am a friend as well as a salesman. I know their favorite colors, their kids’ names and the moment they are sad! Maybe this becomes a little too much at times, but it’s this connection that feeds my creativity: The never ending pursuit of pleasing the customer!

Being the guy all the pretty women can trust

I am a married man, lol! Married for 24 years with grown up children. This is a positive position to have as the customers are mainly married women with kids. I understand who they are, how their daily life is like and can relate to it. I think the biggest challenge is gaining  their trust. No matter whether my customer is a guy or a lady, I treat everyone of them in the same way. And that’s good! I’m not here to judge them or their life! Only to help them and make them happy with their purchases.

What’s next?

As we see it, 2016 is the year to grow internationally. In the coming April Parrot Polish will be 2 years old and I’ve never dreamt that it would move this fast! I used to joke to my wife in the beginning that one day all the little girls around the world would wear Parrot Polish. Well, in the first year itself, we’ve shipped everywhere but Antartica. And when this happens you don’t need to reset your clock everyday, right? Most of the days I’m so excited that I can’t sleep! lol.
